This laptop is not behaving properly.

But a lot of people seem to like Macs, haha.

I LOVE mine. It rarely crashes, service is friendly and internet is faster. Just get the protection plan and warranty for free phone help. :)

I <3 Macs. I have used other computers but for some reason we have always used them at home and they have served us well. Sure they have had issues (name me a computer that hasn't), but whenever there is a virus, we really don't have to worry about them. Also you don't have to upload software for your iPod.

Very user friendly :)

The nice thing is that the parts are original to the computer and not taken from other computers. Also I find that Macs last longer and usually have fewer "issues" that require it to be repaired. Its also good for graphics.

My old computer was a mac laptop. They rarely get viruses, they're so easy to use its disturbing to lifelong PC users, and it has a lot of features that are very useful. If my campus wasn't all PCs, I would still have one.

A voice from the 'other side'
I'm really not a mac fan. Mostly i hate the interface. But also my hubby is a major computer guy and he's not into mac's much at all.

They're really not any different than PCs now because they have the same processor chip and everything. The ONLY difference between a PC and a Mac now is the outside packaging and the GUI (Graphical User Interface).

Plus, they're majorly expensive compared to a PC.

My hubs is also a computer guy, and he doesn't like Macs either.
He actually built our computers himself :)
(He used to work for Intel and now for Symantec so yeah..)

Macs rule.

I still have Macs I bought 10 years ago that are working just fine. My PCs generally last about four years, max.

Oh yes! The Macs are definitely a greater/better investment. You don't have to constantly do downloads for protection, no anti-virus updates, no firewall replacements...and on and on! Even if you do have to spend a few more bucks up front, I think it will be worth it compared to having to deal with the constant attention that the PC's need. THAT! is expensive! *nod* :)
